A 3 WEEK WAITING PERIOD FOR THE NEWLY EXCHANGED ITEM WILL APPLY. THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
RETURNS
FOR ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY BY IMMEDIATELY SENDING AN E-MAIL TO INFO@SARARMSTRONG.COM.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT OFFER A YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE AFTER THIS PERIOD. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. SEVERAL TYPES OF GOODS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURN.
TO COMPLETE YOUR RETURN, WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE.

ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN E-MAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.
ONCE APPROVED, YOUR REFUND WILL BE CREDITED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT VIA SARARMSTRONG.COM WITH SHIPPING AND RETURN FEES DEDUCTED. ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS UPON RECEIPT AND APPROVAL OF YOUR RETURN PACKAGE.
